Directions for Use
Empty the contents of 1 sachet into a cup.
Add hot (not boiling) water and stir to dissolve.
Drink while warm.
Adults and adolescents aged 16 years and over:
Take 1 sachet every 4–6 hours as needed.
Do not take more than 4 sachets in any 24-hour period.
Children under 16 years:
Not suitable.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
