Once approved, your prescription is dispensed by our GPhC-registered pharmacy and delivered quickly and discreetly to your home via your chosen delivery service.

Yes. We are a UK-based, GPhC-registered pharmacy.

All our prescribers are registered within the UK. Your safety is our priority, and prescriptions are only issued when a prescriber is satisfied that the treatment is safe and clinically appropriate.

How can I track my order?

After your order has been shipped, the courier will email you a tracking number, allowing you to track your delivery.

If your delivery is delayed or does not arrive as expected, please get in touch with our customer care team.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer care team promptly.

Once your order has been approved by a prescriber, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address. Please ensure your address details are correct when completing your checkout.

Changing your delivery address may result in a delay to delivery.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, you will be notified by email or receive a calling card, so you can reschedule delivery at a convenient time.

After your medication has been dispensed, our pharmacy team will pack it in plain, discreet packaging before handing it over to our delivery partners, Royal Mail or DPD, for delivery.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to allow customers to choose a delivery time. The courier will email you on the day of delivery to let you know when to expect your parcel.

For legal and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for prescribed medicines. Any returned medication is securely destroyed.

If you experience any problems with your order, please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help.

At present, we only ship within the UK and do not offer international delivery.

If you haven’t used a medication before or are unsure whether it’s suitable for you, we recommend speaking with your doctor in person before ordering online.

 

When you choose a treatment from our website, you’ll be asked to complete a short medical questionnaire. It’s important that your responses are accurate and up to date, as this allows our prescriber to assess whether the treatment is safe and appropriate for you. Please include all relevant details about your medical history, general health, lifestyle factors, allergies, and any other medicines you are currently taking.

 

After reviewing your information, our prescriber will provide you with important safety guidance. Be sure to read this carefully and make sure you understand it fully before continuing with your order.

All prices displayed are fully inclusive, covering your online consultation as well as the cost of your prescribed medicine.

If the prescriber or pharmacist determines that the medication is not suitable for you, you will be notified by email and no payment will be taken.

The information you provide in your medical assessment is carefully reviewed by one of our UK-registered prescribers.

 

If the treatment is deemed suitable, the prescriber will issue an electronic prescription and your order will be sent to our pharmacy for dispensing.

 

Your medication is then prepared and delivered directly to your door, via your chosen delivery method.

To help us deliver your treatment as quickly as possible, please keep an eye on your emails and text messages for updates about your order.

 

In some cases, our prescriber or pharmacist may need to request additional information before your order can be approved. If you’re asked to review details or answer further safety questions, responding promptly will help avoid any delays.

 

Please note that any orders placed after our cut-off time on Fridays will not be shipped until the following Monday.

Yes. You must complete a new medical questionnaire each time you place an order to ensure the prescriber has up-to-date information to assess your suitability for treatment.

Yes. You will receive email updates at each stage of your order. If you require any assistance, our customer care team is available to help.

If your order has not yet been approved by a prescriber, you may cancel it by contacting our customer care team. Orders cancelled prior to prescriber approval will not be charged.

How do I pay?

Yes. We do not have access to your card details at any time. All payment information is processed securely and handled directly by our secure payment gateway provider.
