How quickly will I get a reply?
Most enquiries are answered on the same working day, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. If you contact us outside these hours, we’ll get back to you first thing the next working day.
Can I speak to a pharmacist directly?
Yes. Our GPhC-registered pharmacy team is available to answer questions about your treatment, dosage or any concerns you have. Just email us or call during our opening hours and we’ll put you through to the right person.
Is my information kept private?
Absolutely. All your personal and medical information is held securely and encrypted, and only accessed by our registered clinicians and pharmacy team. We never share your details with third parties without your consent. Read our full Privacy Policy for more detail.
Where are you based?
We’re a UK-registered pharmacy based at 67 Tradeston Street, Glasgow, G5 8BL. All orders are dispensed and shipped from our Glasgow dispensary in plain, discreet packaging.
