Why does my order show as “Processing”?
If your order status shows as Processing, this is normal.
Your order will remain in this status until it has either been:
- reviewed and declined by the prescriber, or
- approved and dispatched.
Once a decision has been made, you will receive a notification confirming the outcome.
Why is my order “On Hold”?
If your order status is marked as On Hold, this means we require additional information before we can proceed.
We may ask you to provide one of the following:
- a copy of your most recent prescription showing your name, address, and date of dispensing
- a copy of a previous prescription
- clear photographs of your medication packaging or prescription label
Please ensure all documents or images provided are clear, legible, and up to date.
Medical Enquiries
To contact an Online UK Pharmacy prescriber, please use our contact form and select “Pharmacist”. Messages exchanged with our prescribers are handled securely using encrypted communication.
This service is not suitable for emergencies.
