WEIGHT LOSS GUIDE

Long-term & maintenance

What to expect as treatment progresses, and how to maintain your results over time.

Reaching a healthy weight is the beginning, not the end

Getting to your goal weight is a milestone — but maintaining it is where the real work pays off. It’s normal to feel anxious about what happens next. Rather than stopping automatically, your prescriber can continue treatment for as long as you need it to prevent weight regain, with regular check-ins to review your progress and adjust if needed.

Why results may slow over time

As you lose weight, your body needs fewer calories, so the same dose may produce slower loss than at the start. This is expected. Your prescriber can review whether a dose change is appropriate, but often the most important things are consistency with your habits and giving your body time.

Staying on track

  • Keep your regular prescriber check-ins.
  • Maintain the eating and activity habits you built.
  • Tell your clinical team about any new medicines or health changes.
  • Focus on how you feel and your overall health, not only the number on the scale.

Ready to start?

Complete a short online consultation and a prescriber will check whether treatment is right for you.
