Same-Day Dispatch
We offer same-day dispatch on orders placed before the cut-off time, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed before the cut-off time (Monday–Friday) are eligible for Next Day Delivery, subject to prescriber approval.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Please allow one additional working day for delivery in these cases.
Discreet Delivery
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. There are no logos, no pharmacy branding, and no reference to the contents on the outer packaging. Only you will know what’s inside.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Items
We cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries where access to the property cannot be gained or where delivery has been attempted multiple times without success. In these circumstances, refunds will not be issued.
Due to legal and safety requirements, medicines cannot be returned or resold under UK law.
If an order is returned to us following failed delivery, the medication will either:
- Be securely destroyed after seven days, or
- Be resent at the customer’s request, subject to additional postage charges.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed, but we will make every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the stated timeframe or as soon as possible thereafter.
Does my delivery need a signature?
Yes, a signature will be required.
Safe Place Deliveries
We cannot accept liability for parcels that are missing or stolen where the customer has requested delivery to be left in a designated safe place.
Approved Orders & Dispatch
All orders must be approved by a prescriber before dispatch. Any express or next-day delivery service begins from the point of prescriber approval, which typically occurs within a few hours.
