Overview
Clarityn Allergy Tablets contain 10 mg of loratadine, a second-generation antihistamine that blocks the effects of histamine — the chemical released by your body during allergic reactions. This helps relieve common symptoms of allergic rhinitis and urticaria, including sneezing, runny or itchy nose, itchy/watery eyes, skin rash, and itching.
Unlike some older antihistamines, Clarityn is non-drowsy for most people, making it suitable for daytime use without affecting your alertness or ability to drive and work. Its once-daily dose provides up to 24 hours of relief, helping you stay comfortable during allergy season or year-round.
These tablets are suitable for adults and children aged 6 years and over who weigh more than 30 kg (approximately 4 st 7 lb). They are not recommended for children who weigh less than 30 kg. Always read and follow the enclosed leaflet before use.
