Overview

Nytol Original 25mg is a trusted short-term sleep aid designed to help relieve temporary sleep disturbance and promote a natural, restful night’s sleep. It contains diphenhydramine, an antihistamine with sedating properties that works by reducing alertness and encouraging drowsiness, helping you relax and drift off more easily at bedtime.

Nytol Original is ideal for those experiencing occasional difficulty falling asleep due to everyday factors such as stress, jet lag, or changes to routine. With a lower strength than one-a-night formulations, it offers a gentle yet effective option for night-time use when you need support settling into sleep. It does not treat underlying sleep disorders and should be used for short periods only.

Suitable for adults and adolescents aged 16 years and over, Nytol Original 25mg helps support a more refreshing night’s sleep so you wake feeling rested and ready for the day ahead.
